In QM Pilot, responsibilities for owners, reviewers, and approvers can be assigned for all content in the process, document, and risk management modules.

Only one responsible person can be registered as the owner for each piece of content. Depending on the definition, this person is responsible for the process, document or risk in terms of content. In some cases, content management is delegated, so that the person responsible for content is not registered as the owner, but rather the person responsible for management. In this case, the person responsible for content can also be registered as a reviewer or approver. | One or more reviewers can be assigned to each piece of content. Reviewers are generally responsible for checking both the content and the format. If content needs to be reviewed from multiple perspectives, several reviewers can be assigned. Depending on the authorisation configuration, either all reviewers must set the content to ‘reviewed’ or, with the appropriate authorisation, only one reviewer needs to do so. | One or more approvers can be entered for each piece of content. Approvers give final approval for the publication of content in the viewing area. In a dual control principle, the owner and approver are the same person. However, a person with primary responsibility for the system can also be designated as the approver in order to verify compliance with all specifications. |
Notifications and evaluations
For the positions of owner, reviewer and approver, it is possible to configure and control notifications and to evaluate which employees have been entered for which content in these positions (via user management or reports).
